3 Adorable Moments From SAY’s Paul Rudd Bowling Benefit
Last night, Stuttering Association for the Young hosted its 5th annual Paul Rudd Bowling Benefit at Lucky Strike in New York City and NBD, WE WERE THERE!
The event combined our three favorite things: fun, helping, and bowling. (Just don’t ask about our bowling score.) Bonus: the goal of raising $50,000 to help fund scholarships to for SAY camp and workshops was met by generous supporters. The SAY kids are truly inspiring, as were stars like “Law & Order: SVU” star Mariska Hargitay and host Brandon Victor Dixon from “Hamilton: the Musical” who came out to bowl!
Check out three hilarious, heart-warming moments from the benefit. Then discover more ways to support the incredible SAY kids on ThatHelps app.
1. Paul Rudd’s message to SAY from Prague. The “Anchorman” star couldn’t be there in person, but his message was hilarious and almost as good as being there IRL.
2. Jeremy Hays gave us the feels — again.
3. Brandon Victor Dixon sang Rihanna’s “Stay” and changed the lyrics to “SAY.” This brought down the house. Did we mention how proud and lucky we are to attend this year’s SAY Paul Rudd Bowling Benefit? (Forgive the shaking on the video. We were VERY excited.)
