Got books?! If you're anything like me, you might have some books hanging around your home, collecting dust. What better act than to re-home books that you're no longer using. Whether it's to share a great read with someone else, or to help improve literacy for the 130 million Americans ages 16-74 that can't read above a 6th grade level, it's a great time to make an impact for another. Here are a few easy options:

📚 Donate a book to your local library or a Little Free Library. To find your nearest Little Free Library: https://littlefreelibrary.org/ourmap/

👪 Help non-profit literacy programs that support families, kids, and schools. Better World Books accepts your book donations at their drop-off boxes (or you can mail them in). For a drop-off near you: https://www.betterworldbooks.com/go/donate

📖 Box-up books or hold a book drive for Reader to Reader. The organization is focused on expanding literacy and learning opportunities for the most chronically underserved and vulnerable communities, including inner-city schools and rural public libraries.
