1️⃣ NEED HELP FINDING BABY FORMULA?
OPTION 1: WIC is a program that supplies infants and children with food by providing parents with vouchers that pay for formula, baby food, etc. Contact your local WIC office to see if you qualify for emergency formula assistance. Also, ask where formula can be located. Find your local WIC office at
OPTION 2: If you or someone you know is in need of baby formula, consider contacting The Human Milk Banking Association of America or Mother's Milk Bank to receive donations of breast milk. Find the location nearest to you at:
OPTION 3: Contact your child's pediatrician to ask for any free formula samples they can distribute. You can also ask the doctor to fill out this form to request an urgently needed formula for your child.
