Take a blank postcard and create art to express how you feel about whatever negative experience you are releasing. This can be about anything. You can design whatever you like on one side, and if you prefer, you can write about your experience on the other side of the postcard. Free yourself with this exercise. The goal is to process your emotions and release negative experiences, not to send the card.
