Summer is the hungriest time for kids when school is out. To combat this, WhyHunger’s Summer Meals Rock for Kids campaign teams up with the USDA and organizations across the country to create awareness about the Summer Food Service Program. Through the largest comprehensive database of emergency food providers and summer meals sites in the country, WhyHunger connects kids in need with free, healthy meals all summer long. Winning auction bids will go to fight childhood hunger in the U.S.
