Banko Brown, a Black trans man, was someone who made “everybody laugh.” He was killed on April 27, 2023 by an armed security guard in San Francisco, becoming the 11th trans or gender non-conforming person to be violently killed this year. Once again, we are addressing the violent killing of a Black trans person in this country. We need a united front, as one community, to put an end to this senseless violence. We need everyone’s help.
