May is Mental Health Awareness Month. More than 50% of us will be diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder during our lifetime.* Mental health issues can change over time, and focusing on self-care (regardless of whether or not you are currently having a mental health issue) is important. At a minimum, between 50 and 70 million Americans struggle with sleep disorders, while nearly 30% of adults have anxiety issues.**

While apps aren't a substitute for formal therapy, the following (free) apps are meant to help you focus on self-care and issues so many of us deal with.

❤️ Finch: This app can help motivate you throughout the day by completing self-care tasks.
