In 1954, the landmark Supreme Court Case, Brown v Board of Education, desegregated public schools in the US. But the case that changed the whole nation is only commemorated in one site in Kansas.

The National Trust wants to make sure this historic event is honored and remembered by expanding the official historic sites to include South Carolina. This would allow the story to be told more fully, with more people learning from this history.
