The state of Texas is debating whether or not to dismantle the Licensed Breeder Program, the regulations that help protect animals from being kept in the horrible conditions that are common in puppy mills.

The Animal Legal Defense Fund has put together a form letter that you can send to the Texas commission responsible for this program, so you can let them know that dogs and cats deserve protection.
