Under 5 mins.

Kids all around the world are staying safe at home these days. With schools closed and team sports on hiatus, these kids are missing out on their usual sources of physical activity.

We all know how important it is for kids to stay active and healthy, not just for their bodies, but for their hearts and minds, too. The World Health Organization recommends that children age 5-17 get at least 60 minutes of vigorous physical activity every day. But how can kids stay active while social distancing during quarantine?

Save The Children has an answer. They've reached out to pro athletes, dancers, Olympic Gold Medalists, and more to create workout videos for kids to follow along at home.
